All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

(Snail mail subscription holders can expect letters to be shipped within the first week of the month. Please allow a grace period around the holidays as shipping delays may occur depending on mail volumes in your area!)

Domestic shipping times vary between 5–10 business days depending on your location and chosen carrier.

Digital Downloads are available immediately after payment and are delivered via email or account login.

Custom Orders or Subscription Boxes ship on a monthly basis as indicated at checkout.

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with replacements or refunds when applicable.
