Refund & Returns Policy

At Known & Noted, we take great care in the design, packaging, and delivery of every product. Each item — from art prints to snail mail subscriptions — is created with love and intention. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help.

Physical Products (Art Prints, Stickers, and Stationery)

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Cadence@knownandnoted.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are appreciated so we can make it right quickly.

Once approved, we’ll happily issue a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Please note:
   •    We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

   •    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Subscription Orders (The Seasonal Note)

Subscription orders are non-refundable once charged, as each month’s package is curated and produced in advance.

However, you may pause or cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date through your account settings.

If your subscription package arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll send a replacement or store credit.

Digital Downloads

All digital files (including printable art or instant downloads) are final sale due to their electronic nature.
If you experience trouble accessing your file or receive a corrupted link, please reach out, and we’ll make sure you get a working copy right away.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days once approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
